The Seller Process

1. Agent Consultation

2. Listing Agreement

Once we’ve met with you, viewed your home and completed a detailed Comparative Market analysis, we will determine a listing price. You’ll then sign a listing agreement.

Our team of marketing experts will create a custom plan to get your home exposed to the right buyers. You and our team will establish a number of activities for marketing your property. 4. Coordinate Showings

5. Receive Offer
